At Goat Milk Stuff, we are so thankful for the many blessings we’ve been given. We get to work hard as a family to assist people in keeping their skin healthy. Because there is so much work for us to do within the family and the business, it would be easy for our focus to remain very self-centered.
Instead, Jim and I try to make sure the children aren’t solely focused on what we need. We want them to be thankful for their blessings, and then look beyond themselves for ways to give back and to serve others.
The other day Jim had a great idea. He decided to take the children and several baby goats to our local nursing home. It was a great success:
It was a wonderful time and we’ve all decided we need to make it an annual event!
