We bottle raise our baby goats because it works best for us. Doing it this way produces the healthiest and friendliest goats. But once the babies are big enough, all the goats live together. Here is a photo of Victoria, Veanna, and Valley. Victoria (in the back) is the “Grandma”, Veanna (on the left) is the “Daughter”, and Valley (in front) is the “Granddaughter”.
Alpines can keep growing til they’re around 3 years old, so you can see the size difference. Can you see the family resemblance?
